The usual procedure is that if the client is attending for consultation only then a small fee will be charged. This fee, however, is refunded once treatment is started. A client who attends a clinic for a consultation and then immediately begins treatment will not be charged at any point for the consultation. Most consultations will last for around 45 minutes.
